Billing: It used to take us three weeks from the end of the month to process and send claims. Since we converted to Focus 2000, all claims are processed and sent electronically in less than four business days from the end of the month. This increased speed of claims processing significantly improved cash flow by allowing staff to spend less effort on processing last month's claims and more time on solving problematic accounts.
Reporting: Focus 2000 eliminated nearly all contractual estimates since the system automatically adjusts the claims. The ability to sort and filter the data in multiple ways allows management to identify and prioritize staff collection efforts.

IDSI has utilized QMS billing software for almost twenty years, due to the fact that the programs are designed specifically for the dialysis industry.
